The 42ft Cabo Flybridge Caliente put together a fun day just 3 miles off Cerro Blanco with Jaime G and Silverio T running things. The crew landed a pair of dorado in the 15–18 lb range on curry, keeping rods bent and the mood light. On board were Andrew Strand, Gilbert Ochoa, Jaime Natividad, James Dbrunz, Matt Askland, Steve James, and Todd Czaplewski, all coming down from Queen Creek, Arizona, to enjoy some time on the water and put a couple of quality fish on deck.
On a beautiful day out on the water, the 31ft Bertram “RUTHLESS” headed out under the expert guidance of Beto Lira and Mario J. The group, consisting of Amy Simonetti, Nicholas Simonetti, Nick O’Shea, and Ryan Shaw, all visiting from Reading, Massachusetts, had an incredible run of luck during their excursion. They successfully hooked and released a Striped Marin estimated to be between 100 and 120 pounds, along with a Cocinero weighing approximately 1150 grams. The trip proved to be a highlight for the Massachusetts crew, marking a successful and memorable day of fishing at the spot.
